Cinnamon and vanilla chia pudding with bee pollen and roasted almonds

 

Protein coconut, vanilla and cinnamon chia pod with toasted almonds, raw multi floral bee pollen and arctic blackcurrant powder.

Do this:


Mix 2-3 tablespoon chia seeds with 1/2 cup (approx. 1 1/2 dl) coconut milk. Mix several times the first 10 minutes and then let it soak overnight.

Next day - add one scoop vanilla protein powder to the mix and if needed add more coconut milk - it should be a “porridge consistency”. Add Ceylon cinnamon powder to taste.

Serve with toasted almond flakes, bee pollen and blackcurrant powder on top.


Note that bee pollen - contains a higher level of carbohydrate than what I normally use and it’s quite sweet so don’t use too much/or even avoid - if you are on a very strict Keto/Lchf diet.
