Seed flat bread
Keto friendly seed bread. Gluten and wheat free.
You need: 
1 dl sunflower seeds 
1 dl pumpkin seeds 
1 dl sesame seeds 
½ dl linseed 
4 tbsp chia seeds 
1 tbsp psyllium husk 
2 dl water 
1 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 egg 
1 tsp salt 
1 tablespoon rosemary or thyme or other herbs 
Do this: 
Mix all dry ingredients. Boil water and olive oil and add to dry ingredients. Quickly spread the mix (with a spoon or spatula) as thin as possible on a flat baking tray covered with baking paper. 
Whisk the egg and brush on top of the bread – sprinkle salt and herbs. 
Bake in the oven for 1 hour 150C. Cut the bread with a knife and then bake it for another hour on 80c to dry up and until crispy (shouldn’t be soft). Keep the oven door open a few cm with a wood spoon. 
Store in an airtight glass container.
