Wild blueberries - the Scandinavian ones - contain more vitamin-C and antioxidants than the large farmed and sweeter ones. Get them frozen and stack up the other ingredients so you only need the banana fresh - the rest belongs to your cupboard staples.

1 large spoon smooth peanut butter
1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice
